INFORMATION
1)
TABLE DESCRIPTION: |

: ($10.00 Dlls for each table)
Includes one 8’ x 28” table with a white
table cloth |
| 2) RESTRICTION
|
Nailing,
stapling, puncturing or painting the walls; puncturing
the floor, painting the columns; and exceeding the
dimensions of your table are prohibited. Violators
must pay for the cost to repair damages caused by
these prohibited actions.
Booths
cannot exceed the indicated measurements.
Promotional
and representational materials, such as posters or
printed advertisements, cannot be placed outside each
exhibitor’s designated space, nor can any type
of materials be placed on the ceiling.

| 3) ADMINISTRATION
AND SERVICES TO EXHIBITORS BY: |
The
Organizing Committee will maintain a registration table
throughout the conference. Conference staff members
will be on hand to answer questions or handle the problems
of the participants. Any problem, which may arise on
site that effects the exhibitors, should be directed
to the Logistics Coordinator immediately, so that prompt
action can be taken to solve those problems. |
| 4) STORAGE |
The
organizer does not offer a storage service. You can
leave your packaging and equipment in your table AT
YOUR OWN RISK; It’s recommended that
you take them to your room. |
| 5) EXHIBITION
AREA CLEANNING |
The
hotel will arrange for the general cleaning of the corridors
and the aisles during and after the exhibition. |
| 6) SECURITY |
The
conference organizers are not responsible for loss,
theft, or damage to the booth during the exhibit hours.
From 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the exhibition area will
be closed with security. |
| 7) ADMISSION |
Exhibitors
will have access to the exhibition hall one hour before
the show opens and one half hour after the show closes
each day to service their booths. Only in the case of
an emergency, will the exhibitor be permitted to request
an extension of this time from the conference’s
Logistics Coordinator. |
