REGISTRATION AND FELLOWSHIPS

      Registration and enrollment fees are necessary to make the Encuentro a financially viable and therefore are a requirement of the fellowship requests. The Encuentro has a given number of fellowships available. The fellowship requests will be processed on a first come first serve basis. We strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible in order increase your chances of receiving your fellowship.

      Out of the full cost of the Encuentro we are asking participants to contribute $120.00 U.S. dollars: $20.00 for the registration processing (this fee must be paid by all participants), and $100.00 for enrollment.

      Individuals and organizations with sufficient resources are strongly encouraged to support the Encuentro by paying the full enrollment fee. If you decide to support the Encuentro in this way, please click on ‘Registration Form” at the bottom of the page.

     For those unable to pay, we are offering partial fellowships. The fellowship consists of $70.00 off of the enrollment fee for those participants who require support, and $80.00 off of the enrollment fee for students with I.D. The fellowships also provide assistance for lodging, and travel expenses.

      Please do not apply for a fellowship unless it is necessary. Applying for a fellowship unnecessarily diverts limited resources away from others who truly need it, and costs us time and money to evaluate your requests.

If you wish to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the fellowship program click on “Fellowship Request Form”. In less than a week you will receive an email notifying you about the authorization of your fellowship. If it has been approved, we will provide you with an ID number which you will need to insert in the upper part of your “Registration Form” so that your enrollment can be processed.
